Shipping

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $49, available to the 48 contiguous states.

We currently ship within the United States. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for production before your order ships.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a product defect, damage, or an error on our part. If something is not right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

To report an issue or initiate a return, please email us at ilyrastudio@gmail.com before sending any items back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Cancellations

Each order is made to order and often enters production shortly after it is placed. For this reason, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.
