How long will it take to process my order?
All items are handcrafted with care. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized items may take a bit longer depending on complexity.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each item is made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email us at ilyrastudio@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Do you accept custom requests?

We ship from Texas, USA.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! Each item is handcrafted in-house with the help of modern tools, one piece at a time.
What materials do you use?
We primarily work with wood, acrylic, and paper. If you need more details about a specific product, feel free to ask!
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Due to the handmade nature of our work and natural material variations, slight differences may occur. These variations make each piece uniquely yours.
